What gets sent
chat_started — the visitor sends their first message
generate_lead — the bot captures a name, phone or email
file_uploaded — the visitor attaches a file
Events are reported against the page the widget is on, not the chat frame, and the automatic page view is switched off so your existing tag keeps counting traffic on its own.

Every lead this bot captures is posted as JSON the moment it happens. Either box takes any URL that accepts a POST — Zapier and Make are the easy routes, but a CRM endpoint of your own works just as well.

Only fires while the dashboard is open in a browser tab, even a background one. For alerts with it closed entirely, use the SMS lead alerts in Bot setup.
